What is DocTV IB II?
DOCTV IB II Latin America is a program that promotes the Latin American documentary of the “Conferencia de Autoridades Audiovisuales y Cinematográficas de Iberoamérica” (CAACI). It is composed of the national authorities in audiovisuals and public television that are part of the network of DOCTV: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, México, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela. The Executive Coordination of the DOCTV Program is done in collaboration with the National Institute of Film and Audiovisual Arts of Argentina (INCAA, for its Spanish acronym), the Executive Secretary of the Latin American Cinematography (SECI, for its Spanish acronym) and the Foundation of the New Latin American Film.
